- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1 cup sourdough starter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients: apple cider, sourdough starter, sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, and eggs until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
