- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 4 cups peeled and sliced apples
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
