1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic, black pepper, onion powder, and rosemary.
Place your steak in a large resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it.
Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 24 hours for maximum flavor.
When ready to grill, remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade.
Grill the steak to your desired doneness and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
