- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, and sugar.
