  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the butternut squash and apples.
  3. Add the olive oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar, and salt. Mix well.
