- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, mix sugar and eggs until creamy. Add sour cream and mix until well combined.
- In a saucepan, melt chocolate chips and heavy cream over low heat. Stir until smooth and add to the egg mixture.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the crust and bake for 45 minutes.
- Allow to cool, then drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
