Caramel Brownie Cheesecake

A rich and decadent dessert that combines layers of brownie and creamy cheesecake, topped with luscious caramel.

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, mix sugar and eggs until creamy. Add sour cream and mix until well combined.
  4. In a saucepan, melt chocolate chips and heavy cream over low heat. Stir until smooth and add to the egg mixture.
  5. Pour the chocolate mixture over the crust and bake for 45 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool, then drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
