Cheeseburger Macaroni Soup

  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey bacon in a large pot over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add ground turkey, onion, and garlic; cook until turkey is browned.
  3. Add beef broth, macaroni, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard; bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer until macaroni is tender.
  5. Stir in cheese until melted; season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with crumbled turkey bacon.
