Chicken Chow Mein

A delightful homemade Chicken Chow Mein that will satisfy every tastebud.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chow mein noodles
  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 cup bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup carrot, julienned
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Cook chow mein noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add sliced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  5. Add bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots; stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
  6. Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil; toss well to combine.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • Feel free to add more vegetables such as snow peas or mushrooms.
