8 ounces pasta
1 pound chicken breast, sliced
4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
1 cup Marsala wine
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add chicken breast slices and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Add the onions, garlic, and mushrooms to the skillet and sauté until softened.
Pour in Marsala wine and chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
Add the cooked pasta, chicken, and turkey bacon back into the skillet. Toss to combine and heat through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
