  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 12 ounces lasagna noodles, broken
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened.
  2. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  3. Add the broken lasagna noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  4. Reduce the heat and stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and ricotta cheese. Mix well until creamy.
  5. Top with mozzarella cheese and let it melt before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add chopped fresh basil or parsley before serving.
  • You can use ground turkey or sausage instead of beef for a different twist.
