- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil and blanch broccoli and cauliflower for 2-3 minutes.
- Drain and set aside.
- In the same saucepan, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- Add heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the saucepan.
- Stir in the blanched vegetables and corn, then bring to a simmer.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes until heated through.
- Serve hot, topped with crumbled turkey bacon.
