Creamy Broccoli Cauliflower Corn

A delightful combination of creamy broccoli, cauliflower, and corn, enhanced with turkey bacon for a savory twist.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil and blanch broccoli and cauliflower for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. In the same saucepan, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  4. Add heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the saucepan.
  5. Stir in the blanched vegetables and corn, then bring to a simmer.
  6. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until heated through.
  7. Serve hot, topped with crumbled turkey bacon.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with evaporated milk.
  • Add shredded cheese for extra creaminess.
