2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1 cup cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup cooked rice
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped spinach, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, half of the cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Stir in the cooked rice until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
Top with the remaining cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg.
Feel free to substitute with frozen spinach if fresh is not available.
