  • 6 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook turkey bacon until crispy.
  3. Add mixed winter vegetables and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
