  • 4 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onions over medium heat until the beef is fully cooked.
  2. Layer the potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot.
  3. Add the cooked ground beef and onions on top of the potatoes.
  4. Pour the cream of mushroom soup over the top.
  5. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the mixture.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until potatoes are tender.
  7. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, add shredded cheddar cheese on top and let it melt.
