- 1 loaf bread, cubed
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 2 teaspoons dried sage
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and celery, and sauté until soft.
- In a bowl, combine bread cubes, sautéed vegetables, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
