Dump-and-Bake Chicken Tzatziki Casserole

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups pasta
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, combine the cooked chicken, yogurt, cucumber, dill, lemon juice, garlic powder, pasta, and chicken broth.
  3. Mix well and spread out evenly.
  4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove foil, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake uncovered for another 15 minutes until bubbly.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, marinate the chicken in the tzatziki mixture for a few hours before baking.
  • Feel free to add other vegetables such as bell peppers or spinach.
