  • 2 English muffins
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices chicken ham
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Split and toast the English muffins until golden brown.
  3. In a saucepan, bring water to a simmer and add white vinegar.
  4. Crack the eggs into individual cups and gently slide them into the simmering water.
  5. Poach the eggs for 3-4 minutes until the whites are set but yolks remain runny.
  6. Remove the eggs with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
  7. Assemble the dish by placing turkey bacon and chicken ham on each toasted muffin half.
  8. Top each with a poached egg and drizzle with melted butter.
