Easy Garlic Butter Beef Cheeseburger Rollups

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Mix in cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  5. Unroll the crescent roll dough and cut it into squares.
  6. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each square.
  7. Roll them up and seal the edges.
  8. Place on a baking sheet and brush with melted butter.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
