  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 1 ½ cups warm water
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix warm water with yeast and sugar. Let it sit until frothy.
  2. In another bowl, combine flour and salt.
  3. Add the flour mixture to the yeast mixture and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it with a towel. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  6. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  7. In a small saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in parsley.
  8. Once the dough has risen, punch it down and shape it into rolls.
  9. Place the rolls on a baking sheet, brush with garlic butter, and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Brush with more garlic butter before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add grated cheese on top of the rolls before baking.
  • These rolls are best served warm.
