Garlic Parmesan Deviled Eggs

These Garlic Parmesan Deviled Eggs are a delicious twist on a classic recipe, enriched with turkey bacon for added flavor.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs, then cool and peel them.
  2. Slice the eggs in half and remove the yolks.
  3. In a bowl, mash the yolks and mix with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic, Parmesan cheese, turkey bacon, and parsley.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  6. Garnish with additional parsley if desired.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add a dash of hot sauce to the yolk mixture.
  • These can be made a day ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
