Instructions

  3. In another bowl, mix brown sugar, granulated sugar, and butter until creamy.
  4. Add egg and vanilla extract, and mix well.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and blend until combined.
  6. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  7. Drop tablespoons of the cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Make a small indent in each cookie and fill it with the cream cheese mixture.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set.
  10. Allow cookies to cool before serving.
