Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon blue food coloring
  • 1 tablespoon green food coloring

Instructions

  1. Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. In a large pot, combine the rice, water, salt, and vegetable oil.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover the pot.
  4. Cook for 18-20 minutes until the rice is fluffy.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix blue and green food coloring with a few tablespoons of water.
  6. Once the rice is cooked, fluff it with a fork and gradually stir in the food coloring mixture until you achieve your desired glow.
