  • 1 pound steak, sliced
  • 2 cups cheese sauce
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add onions and bell peppers. Cook until soft.
  3. Add steak to the skillet and season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until steak is browned.
  4. Mix cooked tortellini with the steak and vegetable mixture.
  5. Add cheese sauce and stir until everything is well coated.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
