Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add chopped onions and minced garlic, cook until onions are translucent.
  4. Layer sliced potatoes in a greased casserole dish.
  5. Pour the beef mixture over the potatoes.
  6. Pour beef broth over the entire dish.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
  8. Remove foil, add shredded cheese on top, and bake for another 15 minutes.
