  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 large green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper; sauté until soft.
  3. Add ground beef, sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper; cook until browned.
  4. Place cheese slices on top of the beef mixture; cover until cheese melts.
  5. Place the mixture into hoagie rolls and serve.
