Healthy Homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte

A delicious and guilt-free version of the classic pumpkin spice latte, perfect for the fall season.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed coffee
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • whipped cream for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine almond milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon. Heat over medium heat until warm.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  3. Combine the brewed coffee and the pumpkin spice mixture in a large mug.
  4. Top with whipped cream if desired.
  5. Sprinkle extra pumpkin pie spice on top for garnish.

Notes

  • For a creamier texture, use whole milk instead of almond milk.
  • Adjust sweetness to your preference by adding more or less maple syrup.
