  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, almond flour, coconut flour, honey, eggs, baking soda, vanilla extract, and pumpkin spice.
  3. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto a greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
