Honey Balsamic Brussels Sprouts

Deliciously roasted Brussels sprouts tossed with honey balsamic glaze and turkey bacon.

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the Brussels sprouts and turkey bacon to the bowl and toss to coat.
  5. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes or until sprouts are tender and bacon is crispy.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, consider adding chopped nuts.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
