  • 2 bell peppers, diced
  • 3 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 6 cups beef broth
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add the beef, onions, and garlic to the pot and brown the beef on all sides.
  3. Stir in the bell peppers, paprika, caraway seeds, and tomatoes.
  4. Pour in the beef broth and add the bay leaves, salt, and pepper.
  5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours, or until the beef is tender.
  6. Add the crispy turkey bacon back to the pot and mix well before serving.
