Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix the flour, salt, Italian seasoning, and cheese.
  3. Pour in the yeast mixture and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  6. Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf.
  7. Place it in a greased bread pan and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
