- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
