- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup orange frosting
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the creamed mixture until well combined.
