  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large oven-safe pot over medium-high heat.
  3. Season the beef chuck roast with salt and pepper, then sear it in the pot until browned on all sides.
  4. Add minced garlic and sliced onion, and cook until softened.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and beef broth, stirring to combine.
  6. Add chopped carrots and bell pepper, ensuring they are submerged in the liquid.
