Loaded Cheddar Ranch Beef and Sweet Corn Rotini Bake

A creamy and cheesy dish that combines ground beef, sweet corn, and flavorful ranch seasoning, all baked to perfection with rotini pasta.

  • 12 ounces rotini pasta
  • 1 can sweet corn, drained
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions and drain.
  3. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  4. Add sweet corn, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and cream cheese to the skillet, mixing well.
  5. Stir in cooked rotini and milk until all ingredients are well combined.
  6. Transfer to a baking dish, sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
