  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • 1 egg, beaten (for sealing)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, turkey bacon, and jalapeños.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface and place a tablespoon of the mixture in the center.
  3. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold the sides in, and roll it up tightly, sealing the end with beaten egg.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat and fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
