Monterey Chicken Spaghetti

A delicious recipe that combines chicken and turkey bacon with spaghetti for a unique twist.

  • 2 cups cooked spaghetti
  • 1 pound chicken breasts, diced
  • 4 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add diced chicken. Cook until browned.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, chicken mixture, salsa, and crumbled turkey bacon. Mix well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
