  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add pasta, spinach, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, garlic powder, and onion powder to the pot.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked.
  4. Stir in cooked turkey bacon and season with salt and pepper.
