Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix sliced peaches with sugar and set aside.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, oats, melted butter, vanilla, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Press half of the crumb mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  5. Layer the peaches on top of the crust.
