Pimento Cheese Hash Brown Casserole

A delicious and creamy pimento cheese hash brown casserole made with turkey bacon, perfect for a hearty breakfast or brunch.

  • 1 bag frozen hash browns
  • 2 cups pimento cheese
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine hash browns, pimento cheese, turkey bacon, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the hash brown mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Transfer to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the casserole is set and cheese is bubbly.

Notes

  • This dish can be prepared a day in advance; just cover and refrigerate before baking.
  • Substitute regular bacon if you prefer.
