- 1 bag frozen hash browns
- 2 cups pimento cheese
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine hash browns, pimento cheese, turkey bacon, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the hash brown mixture and stir to combine.
- Transfer to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the casserole is set and cheese is bubbly.
Notes
