Rustic Garlic Rosemary Skillet Bread

A delicious and easy recipe for skillet bread, infused with garlic and rosemary.

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, rosemary, garlic, salt, sugar, and baking powder.
  2. Stir in the water and olive oil until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little olive oil.
  4. Scoop the dough into the skillet and flatten it slightly.
  5. Cook for about 10 minutes, then flip and cook for another 10 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving.
