- 4 large baked potatoes
- 1 cup cooked ground beef
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the baked potatoes by cutting them in half and scooping out some of the flesh.
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
- Add the ground beef, mixed vegetables, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the skillet and mix well.
- Fill the potato halves with the beef mixture, top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
