- 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz dark chocolate, melted
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a tart pan.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
- In another bowl, combine pumpkin puree, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in heavy cream and melted chocolate until smooth.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crust.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until set, then let it cool before serving.
