- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot, covering with water, and boiling for 10 minutes.
- Remove eggs from the pot, cool under cold water, and peel.
