Spicy Southern Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti Casserole

A comforting and spicy casserole that combines cheesy goodness with tender chicken and spaghetti.

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions and drain.
  3. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cooked spaghetti, cream of chicken soup, milk, diced onion, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix well and transfer to a greased casserole dish.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

  • For extra spice, add diced jalapeños.
