- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup chickpeas, cooked and mashed
- 1/2 cup gluten-free flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/3 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- In a large bowl, mix mashed potatoes and mashed chickpeas together.
- Add gluten-free flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, green onions, nutritional yeast, olive oil, and lemon juice. Mix until well combined.
