  • 1 cup chickpeas, cooked and mashed
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free flour

  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/3 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix mashed potatoes and mashed chickpeas together.
  2. Add gluten-free flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, green onions, nutritional yeast, olive oil, and lemon juice. Mix until well combined.
