- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Form into meatballs.
- Place meatballs in the slow cooker.
- In another bowl, whisk together beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, onion, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over meatballs.
