  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Form into meatballs.
  2. Place meatballs in the slow cooker.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, onion, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over meatballs.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Serve meatballs with gravy over mashed potatoes or rice.
