- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup eggnog
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and nutmeg.
