Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 34 tablespoons cold water
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, coconut oil, powdered sugar, and salt until crumbly.
  3. Add cold water gradually until the dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough and cut into desired shapes.
  5. In another bowl, mix blueberries, maple syrup, and vanilla.
  6. Place filling on half of the dough shapes and cover with the other half, sealing the edges.
  7. Make ghostly faces with a knife on top of the pies.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let cool before serving.
