Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 ounces wild mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 2 cups kale, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon thyme

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced onions and cook until caramelized, about 10 minutes.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and mushrooms; cook for an additional 5 minutes.
